• Not Medical or Hospice Care: We do not provide medical advice, physical diagnostics, clinical nursing

care, or medication administration. Our services are strictly emotional, spiritual, and practical. We work

alongside, but never replace, your licensed hospice team, palliative care physicians, or healthcare

providers.

• Not Mental Health Therapy: Our family mediation and grief discussions facilitate healthy

communication, comfort, and closure. They are not a substitute for professional psychotherapy, clinical

mental health counseling, or psychiatric treatment under the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies

(DORA).

• Not Legal or Financial Advice: While we help organize end-of-life paperwork—such as the Colorado

Medical Durable Power of Attorney, Living Wills, or legacy distribution logs—we do not provide legal or

financial counsel. We are not attorneys, CPA practitioners, or estate planners. Please consult a licensed

professional for legal or financial documents.

• Not Funeral Directing or Mortuary Science: We offer compassionate consulting for funeral planning,

layout design, and vigil coordination, but we do not operate as a licensed funeral establishment,

crematory, or funeral director in the State of Colorado. We do not personally perform commercial body

preparation, embalming, or formal transport outside of guiding families through legal home-funeral care

options where permitted by local law.

• Legacy Projects & Funeral Planning Consulting: Our guidance regarding legacy projects

(biographies, memory books, audio recordings) and funeral consulting is educational and creative. We

assist families in exploring ideas, organizing personal preferences, and structuring wishes to present to

licensed professionals. We do not sell funeral merchandise, pre-need insurance contracts, or commercial

burial plots.

Our role is to act strictly as a supportive, non-clinical companion to help you navigate this transition

holistically. For any specific medical, legal, psychological, or mortuary science questions, please consult a

qualified, licensed professional.

Appointments are subject to a strict 15-minute grace period. If a client fails to arrive or make contact within 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time, the session will be classified as a no-show.

In the event of a no-show, the client is subject to a charge equal to 60% of the total service fee. This fee will be invoiced immediately.
